Cedar Bluff
Starting between Bob Gray Road and Pellissippi Parkway, District 18 covers almost all of Cedar Bluff out to Walker Springs Road, including Bryan’s neighborhood Belmont West right next to Cedar Bluff Elementary School. It also includes Cedar Bluff neighborhoods south of 1-40 and north of Gleason Drive from Fox Road to the Downtown West Shopping Center where many of you, including Bryan, cast your ballots during Early Voting.
Kingston Woods & Kingston Hills
South of Downtown West, District 18 also covers the Kingston Woods and Kingston Hills neighborhoods between Gallaher View Road and Luscombe Drive near Bearden High School.
Bearden Middle
South of Ballcamp Pike, the District covers homes surrounding Bearden Middle School from Joe Hinton Road, north of Bakertown Road. This continues east of Francis Road out to where Midpark Road and Middlebrook meet.
Ridgedale
North of Midpark Road, District 18 continues through neighborhoods up to Ball Camp Pike surrounding Oak Ridge Highway.
Pleasant Ridge
North of Ball Camp Pike and Ridgedale Road, the District stretches as far north as Sullivan Road and Pleasant Ridge Road out as far east as Bradshaw Road including Victor Ashe Park.
Rocky Hill
South of the railroad tracks crossing Morell Road, District 18 continues through West Knoxville in parts of the Rocky Hill area. This includes the neighborhoods around Rocky Hill Elementary School from Sandford Day Road to Morrell Road. Past Morell Road, it also includes neighborhoods south of Northshore Drive from Bruster’s Ice Cream, out to the river and down to Lyons Bend Road.
Westmoreland
East of Morell Road and south of Deane Hill Drive, District 18 also covers the West Moreland neighborhoods stretching out to the waterwheel at Westland Drive and Northshore Drive.
Lyons View
South of Northshore Drive, District 18 winds down Lyons View Pike along the river out to Arrow Head Trail and includes Lakeshore Park.
Sequoyah Hills
East of Arrow Head Trail, the district covers all of the Sequoyah Hills neighborhood from Blows Ferry Road to South Concord Street, slightly north of Kingston Pike, down to the river.
South Doyle
Across the river, District 18 covers a large section of South Knoxville surrounding South Doyle High School. This includes homes on the river starting around Maloney Park stretching as far north as Wells Road and as far south as Topside Road.
Vestal
North of Maryville Pike, District 18 continues in parts of the Vestal area up to the University of Tennessee Medical Center. This includes homes from Alcoa Highway down to Spring Creek Road and Belt Road.
Mt. Olive
Continuing on John Sevier Highway, the district covers more of South Knoxville from Chapman Highway, down Babs Road and Pickens Gap Road as far south as Glover Road.
